• 1 photo, 3x4cm;
• Copy of CPF (for Brazilian students);
• Copy of Vaccination Card;
• Copy of Birth Certificate of the student;
• Copy of passport (for non-Brazilian students);
• Blood type exam and Rh factor of the student;
• Proof of residence;
• RG/RNE and CPF of the Parent/Guardian of the student;​

Students from the Exterior

• School documents brought from the exterior, but also need to be authenticated by the Brazilian embassy of that country.
• Translation (to Portuguese) of all the required documents in a foreign language.
